TCL Chinese Theatres, Hollywood — International Premiere
Charlotte Verminck’s short film Mind of Thoughts had its international premiere at the 25th anniversary edition of the Beverly Hills Film Festival in Hollywood, screening at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatres - a venue deeply rooted in cinema history.
Created entirely independently, the film reflects Verminck’s distinctive voice as a filmmaker - blending visual storytelling with an exploration of perception, inner dialogue, and the complexity of the human mind.
The premiere marked a defining moment, placing her work among international filmmakers on one of the industry’s most symbolic stages. The film was warmly received by audiences and further screened during an exclusive gala at the Beverly Hilton International Ballroom, known for hosting the Golden Globe Awards.
“To present a film we created with such care and conviction, in a place so deeply connected to cinema history, was an unforgettable experience,” Verminck reflects.
Since its premiere, Mind of Thoughts has continued to resonate with audiences internationally, opening conversations around mental awareness, perspective, and the transformative power of thought - themes that remain at the core of Verminck’s work.
